Golf Resorts (Scratch Golf Company)
This involved a very through systems requirements definition and evaluation of 12 major software companies that specifically cater to the golf industry.  Only three software packages met our requirements.  This was implemented by a team of MSI consultants augmented by internal IT staff.  This software included tee times, customer relationship management, integration with partner hotels and other resorts, pro shop, restaurant, POS and integration to financials and payroll.
Hotel (Martha Washington Inn)
The ERP system chosen was Fidelio with Micros integration.  The scope of this implementation included property management, reservations, special events, financials, night audit, customer relationship management, customer history, gift shop, restaurant inventory and menu planning.  This was completed two months behind schedule due to complications with the new release of Micros software.
Retail (United Central Supply)
This pseudo ERP application was hosted on an AS400 and addressed inventory management, EDI supply chain management with suppliers, customer management, order entry and POS.  The scope covered 15 remote stores.
